• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Upload content that violates third-party rights or applicable law

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tenderwriterai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submission
• We make no warranty that generated content will win any bid or meet any specific tender requirement
• Tender responses should always be reviewed by qualified professionals before submission

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Service remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service. The TenderWriter AI platform, software, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and implement reasonable technical measures to protect it.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderWriter AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost bids, or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
